i would say they are both great, but if i had to choose, rob. bam was a great skater when he was younger, and its true that if he didnt have so many sponsers, he might not be pro

While some Element skateboarders try to improve themselves,Bam makes another Jackass or Cky video. He is probally the biggest descrace to professional skateboarding. Mike V. is hands down a better skateboarder.
I am thinking about picking up skateboarding and I have a couple questions:
1) How healthy is skating compared to walking/running?
2) Is skating a good way to get around a college campus? Does it save time?
3) Where is a good place to purchase a skateboard/accessories?
4) Are Bam Margera skateboards any good?

Also, how many girl skateboarders do you usually see? I know that on my campus, there has been a huge increase of girls with boards!
And yes, skating is legal on my campus, you can't walk 10 feet without hearing or seeing someone on their board.
1) its just as healthy as running and definitely way more fun
2)Its how I would get around my campus, but you need to be fairly good to jump stairs(you can just walk down them of course) but most teachers/cops will be pissed if skateboards arent allowed at your campus
3)there are many websites, skateamerica.com but if you can find an issue of CCS catalogue
4) theyre just as good as other decks but usually cost more just because it has his name on it
There arent many girl skaters where I live, but dont let that stop you if you want to skate do it.

Which group of skaters are better Bam Margera and Tony hawk Vs Mike Valley and Chad Muska? i love skateboarding but i always confuse who is better.Oh yeah don't say Bam and Tony, because tony more famous and Bam has his own show. answer if u are a true skateboarding fan.
I think Tony Hawk is a good skater. Bam Margera is pretty good. They say he needs some work, but the people that say that are only watching youtube videos of him back in his early years of skating and videos that date back to 2003. Many haven't seen his new stuff and underestimate him as a skater. Plus, he's working on it everyday. He even went out to Barcelona where there's less fans and where the police don't care if he skates in the streets to get some good footage of tricks, and he's going to rent an apartment out there for about a year to get away from fame for a while and focus on his skating. I think that's some serious devotion.
